I really wish that this was easy!

But there isn't a single answer, or a single source for the solution! Fighting the effects of Chronic Stress and life trauma takes dedication and faith that you can get better! First of all you have to be determined never to give up and to accept peaks and valleys that will occur during your struggle. Take each day, one day at a time and do something nice for yourself everyday, believing that with time you will get better. And your life will get better too along with your health!

Fighting Stress requires attacking it from all sides. That means diet, exercise, and attention to proper sleep. As well as meditation and a search to develop yourself spiritually. All are involved to create the balanced life necessary for fighting stress. Look for all of the imformation and answers. Read. Learn.

We will be trying to provide you with the information and inspiration that you need, but don't stop here. Go to the library and research your issues. And as always, if you need to see a doctor make it a priority.
